Complaints registered to Winnipeg Land Titles & Law Society against Lynda Staub, employee of Winnipeg Land Titles for the past twenty plus years...

Note the frequency of dubious if not unethical, illegal, and corrupt transactions Lynda Staub has been involved in with her family alone that we are aware of.

One has to ask themselves, to what extent does this
practice of fraudulent or delayed registrations does this extend to complete strangers, farmers, seniors, vulnerable and unsuspecting public.

Lynda Staub has been at Winnipeg Land Titles over twenty years and proficient in the registry system...

Lynda Staub allegedly fraudulently typed her name on title at Winnipeg Land Titles, document signed July 2006, according to her step-father.

Document never registered by Lynda Staub until October 24, 2006, the day Andre Bouchard had hi sister removed from airplane headed back to B.C. Andy had her  arrested after Andre Bouchard carried their mother -heavily sedated on morphine, and not lucid, into the Stonewall RCMP Detachment. Unbenownst to their step-father Robert Van Steelant, Andy had his sister of B.C. charged with "attempted kidnap of their mother" - this despite her mother's written request to return to cancer clinic in Houston, Texas.  This charge culminated in nearly four months in Winnipeg Remand & Women's Jail in Portage awaiting for charges to be stayed.

    witness this transfer document at her Grandmother's house in Rosser!
    Lynda Staub registered this fraudulent document!

  When this transfer document signed in July 2006 was finally
   registered coincidentally on October 23/24, 2006, it came
   back from Winnipeg Land Titles with Lynda Staub's name
   added as "joint owner"!!!

Claire Demery registered a caveat against her mother's property to force her step-father to pay them out!

            In addition, Claire Demery then added herself
            as having an interest in her mother's property.

Winnipeg Land Titles authorizing discharge of pending litigation order (caveat) for life estate in January 2012! The form was signed by Lionel Bouchard in September 2011, in breach of the Protection Order against Andy Bouchard!
