                             Lionel Bouchard, was unaware that his name was on a
                                          typed  list  Andy Bouchard presented to Crown in 2006,
                                         which also included numerous  "infants" and "minors".

                                       In the summer of 2007, after attempting to contact his
                                          daughter in B.C. through his cousin Jules Chartrand on a trip to
                                          B.C. learned of this No Contact with his daughter from
                                          B.C.

                                          Linel Bouchard informed his sister Madeleine Fillion that he approached Crown
                                            McDuff to inform her that he had been forced to press charges against
                                            daughter of B.C.  

                                            Lionel Bouchard informed his sister Madeleine Fillion that after confessing  of the
                                            the conspiracy between Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery, Crown
                                           McDuff had tears in her eyes but did not drop the charges!  

                                            Note that on the website, Crown McDuff is adamantly against "bullies" yet found
                                            herself now, knowingly or unknowingly representing bullies.

                                           It is alleged that Crown informed these abusers of their father's wishes for contact,
                                            as Lionel Bouchard was not heard of again at his sister Madeleine Fillion who
                                            assisted in compiling a letter to Crown.  His sister's only conclusion is that these
                                            abusers retaliated with  threats of RCMP once again and other threats to ensure
                                            Lionel Bouchard not follow through with removal of the "No Contact Order."

                                          The "No Contact" was removed in Port Coquitlam, B.C., but not before encountering
                                               total resistance from Crown McDuff in Manitoba, who insisted unsuccessfully on
                                               reinstating the "No  Contact" after the wording was revised at the second appearance.
