RETURNING TO WINNIPEG WITHOUT
            LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN PLACE!

Lionel Bouchard, against his lawyer's recommendation as well as other concerned family members, and of his own accord, flew to Winnipeg mid-August 2011.

Immediately Lionel Bouchard was pressured and coerced into signing a release to "abandon his claim for his life estate and his "claim for mortgage money and other monies due him" by Andy Bouchard.

His lawyer Winston Smith, of Hook & Smith unable to contact his client requesting Lionel's sister Peggy Keough co-operation to reach Lionel. Peggy advised Winston Smith not to contact her anymore.  Lionel Bouchard attended court hearings without legal representation and in so doing, waived all his rights!

Peggy Keough (sister) as well as Margaret Bouchard (sister-in-law) attended court to remove the three "No Contacts" against Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery, and to sign off on his two claims for his home and mortgage due him by Andy Bouchard!

Once complete, Peggy's month old power of attorney was immediately revoked September 27, 2011.....

Lionel Bouchard is currently isolated in a Manitoba Housing Complex in Winnipeg, where he knows no one, isolated, nor for months allowed extremely limited contact with members of the community and home town of Elie.

Lionel Bouchard had to undergo five or six infestions of bed-bugs in the low rental housing apartment that he lives in the very rough area of Winnipeg Lynda Staub has moved him to, as opposed to the Elie Manor where vacancies were available for him and whereby his name
was passed on several occasions.

Lionel Bouchard has been #1 on the waiting list at the Elie Manor, having his name registered since 2002 and offered a room on several occasions while living in B.C.  in 2010 and 2011 by Noelline Bernardin.  However, todate, he remains isolated in a Manitoba Housing Complex in downtown Winnipeg, out of the way for seniors to visit.

In addition, Lionel's telephone # is listed under his daughter Lynda Staub's name in the  directory making it more difficult for his friends to locate and visit him.....                                          

To date, Mike Slegers refuses to return Lionel's van, passport, medication, traveler's cheques, and other personal belongings adding to Lionel Bouchard's lack independence and quality of life unable to get around to visit his friends without his transportation!

Lionel had been escorted out of the province with the aid of two private investigators hired by his own lawyer out of fear for Lionel's safety in August 2008, away from Mike Sleger's and Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery, which occured after having Lionel's new van was confiscated, locked and blockaded in a shed at Mike's and Lionel's movements restricted by Andy Bouchard and Mike Slegers.

Since then Mike Slegers has repeatedly tried to "extort $5,000" for a diesel spill which occurred as a result of Mike's thirty-year old hose leaking illegal purple gas maintained on the property ~ property Mike had sold years prior.  Mike's interest is simply that of a life estate.  However, Mike continued for years to purchase "illegally"
purple fuel for his own personal use until reported by Laurent Houde to Desilets Insurance.....

At Christmas time 2011, Lionel Bouchard attended Lynda & Bob Staub's daughter's wedding ceremony but not reception/dance afterwards.

In 2008, Bob Staub had told his father-in-law Lionel Bouchard that he "WAS NOT WELCOME IN HIS HOME!!!!"

At Christmas time 2010, Lionel Bouchard was not invited to his son Jerry Bouchard of Lloydminster, Sask.,  son's wedding.

In the summer prior to that, daughter Helene Johnson did not invite her father to her own daughter's wedding in Big Bend,Wisconsin.
