THEFT CHARGE 'STAYED'

    Theft charge 'Stayed' stating  "family dispute".

 The message portrayed by the Courts is that theft charges are not enforced when parties are senior parents and female sibling -  in other  words unenforceable when parties are related?

 Andy Bouchard, well-known in the community for his bullying tactics, theft charges "Stayed' ~ the outrageous explanation to the Court for his thieving is that it was
                        "only a family dispute" !!!

Crown Tim Owen informed his sister that the charges Andy and his father and sister had laid against her would be dropped as part of the plea bargain.....Needless to say, this never occurred and his sister was forced to attend four trials, 
spend four months in pre-trial in Winnipeg as considered a "flight risk", among numerous other false accusations, only to 
have charges discharged, was put on probation and a typed list of names of unsuspecting victims were added to the "No Contact" list of 32, many who were infants or minors, some complete strangers and included Andy's own lawyer - Michael Clark ~ who his sister had NEVER met and as confirmed in a taped conversation to his office years later......

In dropping the charges, COURTS sanctioning of Andy Bouchard's actions, paving the way for ten years of vindictive discreditation of his father and siblingss leading to a total breakdown of the family, all due to Andy Bouchard's REFUSAL to honor a legal contract entered into with his father in 2002 for the right of  his father to live the rest of his days in peace and quiet on his humble homestead in
