Andy Bouchard at the Grace Hospital January 10, 2006 stating his father NOT GOING HOME - all the while denying the existing of the written life agreement he had with his father drawn up in September 23,2002!!!

Andy Bouchard requesting his father be made "Ward Public Trustee" in his rebuttal dated December 8, 2009 to set "aside" the first of two "Protection Orders"  dated October 20, 2009.

Another false statement from Andy Bouchard which he in the third and fourth sentence admits there is no proof of. Once again, states "believe" with no supporting evidence as usual, just wild accusations - yet Andy Bouchard is the one who refuses to allow his father to return to his home in Elie!!!

Again, statements made with no evidence as false claims, the usual "slander/discreditation" - without accountability for slander and false accusations.  He was trying to pave the way to sell the Bouchard Homestead without having to honour his father's claim to a Life Estate he had signed in 2002 and to renege on paying the mortgage he still owed his father at the time.
