False claim by Andy Bouchard that St. Eustache is an assisted-living facility!
Andy Bouchard in a fit of rage called his out-of-townsiblings and misled them with false accusations with respect to their sister of B.C. who had come out to prevent her father from being committed.
Andy informed his siblings that their father was being placed in an "assisted living complex" which turned out to be a regular low-rental Manitoba Housing Complex six miles north of Elie, MB.
Working covertly "behind the scenes" (for which Andy Bouchard is famous for and has done all his life since Grade school as admitted by his teacher and aunt Mary Bouchard), on January 30, 2006, Andy Bouchard convinced two sisters and one brother to email lawyer David Bradley to insist that despite having his power ofattorney revoked, Andy Bouchard intentions were to manage his father's personal injury lawsuit which Andy himself had opened on his father'sbehalf. This civil action suit against the St. Eustache Church Andy Bouchard had been commenced ~ without his father's knowledge.
Andy Bouchard proceeded to slander his sister of B.C. slanderous, derogatory and defamatory emails/lettersto the Headingley RCMP as she had flown out immediately after a telephone call from Andy informing her that he was going to commit their father!!! Andy Bouchard demanded to bepaid the first $2,500 from the personal injury claim for his "trouble" visiting his father at the hospital.... The oldest Bouchard sister of Calgary, upon learning the through of what had transpired and that Andy had deceived her, recanted her statement!
(Click here.) Email above, one of numerous, sent to David Bradley's Office based on deceit and false accusations fabricated by Andy Bouchard to cause division in the family in order to preventtheir father from ever returning to his home of 50 years in Elie, Manitoba...The purpose was to benefit from a Personal Injury Suit Andy Bouchard commenced without his father's knowledge using a power of attorney he tricked his father into signing at the Grace Hospital Cafeteria, secondly to sell the property encumbered by an existing life estate agreement between father and son and more importantly to conceal stolen goods alleged from the Blight Dealership in Portage La Prairie which his father had been privy to witness in the shed on the Bouchard farm - a shed Andy Bouchard had moved onto the property years prior - without his father's consent.
