Jeannette Van Steelant's ~ Jewellery The night of her Mother's funeral, from her bedroom, Lynda Staub distributed her mother's jewellery at her house ~ without authorization. Lynda Staub WAS NOT the Executrix to her Mother's Will rather her husband Robert Van Steelant was, whereby Lynda Staub illegally distributed her Mother's possessions....
In the same way over the decades Lynda Staub forced her Mother (in secrecy) to support her alcoholic husband who had been without a job for over three years and herself and her two daughters, expenses which included tires for a car, repairs, food, money for miscellaneous as well as two cars.
All of the aforementioned are a very small portion of what Jeannette Van Steelant confided to her daughter of B.C. from her hospital bed she had footed incredible amounts of cash and support over the years to her leaching daughter who now was writing her sisters out of the Will and disbursing her Mother's effect the way she chose.
Of particular disgusting note is Lynda Staub demanded that her step-father turn over their matrimonial bedroom suite not to mention household belongings that other siblings had given their Mother....Truly despicable greed motivated as neither Lynda Staub nor any family members did not need the precious mementos which were the couple enjoyed during their married lives.... (Audio clip.) In July 2006, Lynda Staub had driven her mother to Lynda's lawyer's office Chapman& Associates to have her Mother revise her will to 'EXCLUDE three of Jeannette's daughters' ~ those of Lynda Staub's choosing. and replacing herself as power of attorney and executrixand naming Robert Van Steelant. Emails confirm from herself and other siblings that their Mother was often confused while heavily under the effects of morphine for her cancer.... (Click here.) As evidenced by Claire Demery's emails, Jeannette Van Steelant was "heavily medicated on morphine"!
Therefore, IT IS INCONCEIVABLE TO THINK Jeannette Van Steelantwould have wanted to treat any ofher nine children unequally let alone cause division! Rather this was orchestrated by Lynda Staub's and possibly other siblings to benefit them! (Click here.)July 2006 (Click here.) September 2006
In addition to secure herself, in July 2006, Lynda Staub presented her mother, Jeannette Van Steelant withtransfer papers transferring the acreage gifted to her mother as a wedding gift in 2000, back to her husband.
Claire Demery to secure her position later put a Lien on her Mother's property - a wedding gift to Jeannette Van Steelant by her husband Robert in 2000!
Then in her capacity at Winnipeg Land Titles where Lynda Staub worked for the past twenty years, allegedly fraudulently typed her name as"joint tenant" on the transfer document.
According to Winnipeg Land Titles records, the witness on record was Nadine Demery (Claire Demery's daughter) who, according to Robert Van Steelant, was not in attendance at the family farm in Rosser to witness signing of this document or (documents) as is required by law to which Lynda Staub would have been well-versed in.
Registration was withheld until October 24, 2006, the day Andy had his sister from B.C. removed from a plane headed back to B.C. after this sister realized that her mother had been prevented by family members not to take advantage of the only chance at life that she had agreed to, in writing, the week prior.
Andy Bouchard had his sister of B.C. arrested for breaching a condition which Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub had imposed in revision Order pending trial of alleged assaults on Lionel Bouchard and Lynda Staub, revised to exclude coming to Manitoba to visit his cancer-ailing mother, which their sister's lawyer advised was an error in law as Jeannette Van Steelant had already been divorced and remarried for years and could have been fought at a cost of $1,000. The charge was "attempt to kidnap" to take her very own mother back to the Burzynski Cancer Clinic in Houston, Texas, a world-renown cancer clinic which boasts of a 93% cure rate where this sister had taken her mother in 2005. Jeannette Van Steelant had incredible results, amazing her oncologists as Jeannette Van Steelant had been given only a 2% chance of survival by Winnipeg doctors. (Click here.) The initial court order of May 2006 permitted this sister to visit her mother who was suffering from cancer. This new order excluding contact in Manitoba was subject to appeal as Jeannette Van Steelant was not party to ongoing court actions with respect to her ex-husband Lionel Bouchard.
in retrospect, this was simply a vengeful and vindictive retaliation by Andy Bouchard for having had been charged with two counts of theftof his father and sister's cellularphones, having been exposed for initially trying to commit his father and then when unsuccessful, evicting his father out of his home of over fifty years. In addition, in June 2006, in a court transcript Crpwn stated that the move was "to ensure there were no issues with respect their mother's estate!"
This was also a guarantee in her mind for Lynda Staub to carry out her plan to STEAL the estate by transferring out the land, now "joint" in her name, by virtue of her duties at Winnipeg Land Titles office, where Lynda Staub has worked for the past twenty plus years, and as a legal secretary prior to that doing mortgage convenyancing.
According to Robert Van Steelant, Lynda Staub forged her mother's signature on her step-father's credit card at Wojick Funeral Home to pay for her mother's funeral, this without Robert Van Steelant's permission or knowledge.
Jeannette's husband Robert Van Steelant was forced to commence a civil lawsuit at a cost of approximately $25,000. to sever the joint-tenancy
