Lynda Staub escorted her mother, Jeannette Van Steelant, heavily sedated on morphine, etc. ~ to Lynda's lawyer to exclude three daughters from her "Will",  leaving Hélene Johnson, Lynda Staub & Claire Demery named as beneficiaries - whereby her mother, in her right mind, never would have agreed to exclude any of her nine children....

On three occasions in 2006, Lynda Staub applied for credit, putting up Jeanette Van Steelant's car for collateral, this while her mother was ill, when there was no financial need to do so....at a time when Lynda and Bob Staub were in the process of remortgaging their own home, a home situated on property bequeathed free by Bob Staub's mother.

Prior to her mother's death, Lynda Staub transferred Jeannette Van Steelant's car into her name, "illegally without a power of attorney" while her mother was under  the influence of morphine.

Interesting to note, Lynda and Bob Staub remortgaged their house in 2006, (lot in Rosser, MB., land gifted by Bob's mother years prior), this shortly after using Jeannette Van Steelant credit at several banks...
